Success....everyone wants it and everyone deserves it, including you!
There are those rare occasions where success just happens...but more
often success is created. I've had the opportunity to experience success
in many forms. I successfully raised a loving son, obtained degrees,
wrote books, and maintain a loving relationship with my husband for 18
years and the list goes on and on...
The one thing I know for sure is that I couldn't have done any of the
above without believing in myself, learning to trust, taking risks,
releasing the need to control, facing my fears and working my butt
off... sure there were times I wanted to give up but I kept believing
and taking steps in the dark most times.
The one thing I wish I had known years ago is the power of living your truth! When they say the truth sets you free--it
is true! I am thrilled to know now the power of living and speaking
your truth and have found this one theme to be the pulse of women who
are successfully living lives they love.
There are many success secrets embedded in living your truth and I want to share some with you. I hope you choose to use these in your life right now.
Truth Secret #1: If you don't live your truth someone else will create it for you.
When you don't know who you are, what you believe in, what you stand for
or why you are here you will fumble, struggle and move through life
like a robot. Other people will impose their thoughts, beliefs and
standards on you and before you know it you will be living your life by
what "they say" instead of living from your own soul desires.
The Result: An unfulfilled life.
The Solution: Take the time to discover on a deep soul level who you are, what you love, what matters most and why you are here--the truth.
Truth Secret #2: When you find the courage to lift the lies
and smash the secrets your soul is set free and your peace, passion and
purpose expands.
Secrets keep you sick. Secrets create dis-ease in your life. Dis-ease in
the form of anger, worry, fear, doubt, procrastination and emptiness.
Lies keep you in denial. Lies keep you hiding your beautiful soul. Lies
hold you captive in what was... Secrets and lies don''t allow you to be
free, to live authentically or to show up in the world with bold
confidence.
The Result: A life of hiding in shame, fear and doubt.
The Solution: Start by telling yourself the truth about who
you are, what you are experiencing and why you are where you are. Get
real honest speak the truth about what is not working and claim your
desires by voicing what you do want in your life.
Truth Secret #3: When you have nothing to hide you show up in the world more confident, aware, alive and attractive.
Successful women living in their truth know that hiding keeps them from
having what they desire. Successful women know that owning their power
automatically helps them be seen and heard. Successful women know that
once you begin living your truth, owning your power and showing up in
the world with confidence you become attractive. Yes! you attract the
things you desire most.
The Result: You are comfortable in your own skin, you
love life more, you stand in your power, you experience more ease and
grace and you have undeniable courage to go after what you want and get
it.
The Solution: Right now just do it! Stop telling and
believing the lies, expose those secrets that are keeping you sick and
take off the masks that hide your beautiful self.

Living your truth is the new black! It is the way to a fulfilling
life. It is the new shift for women all over the world. I have a
feeling, better yet I know this is one concept that will not go out of

The NAKED truth
